Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA)

Bu sözleşme, YEYGUN CONSULTANT - FZCO ("Lisans Veren") ile Kings Block uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indiren sen ("Kullanıcı") arasındadır. Uygulama satılmaz, lisanslanır.

1. Lisans

Sana, Apple App Store'dan edindiğin ve sahip olduğun ya da kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarda Uygulama'yı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçla kullanman için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Bu lisans, Apple Media Services Kullanım Koşulları'ndaki Kullanım Kuralları ile sınırlıdır.

2. Kısıtlamalar

Uygulama'yı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, kiralayamaz, ödünç veremez, dağıtamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya türev çalışma oluşturamazsın; hile, otomasyon veya sunucuya müdahale araçları kullanamazsın.

3. Uygulama içi satın almalar

Sanal öğeler (yıldız, ipucu, booster, bölüm kilidi, "Tüm Krallık") Uygulama içinde kullanılmak üzere sınırlı bir lisansla sunulur; gerçek para karşılığı yoktur ve Apple'ın iade politikası dışında iade edilmez.

4. Veriler

Veri işleme Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. iCloud yedeği Apple'ın hizmet koşullarına tabidir.

5. Bakım ve destek

Destek Lisans Veren tarafından apps@yeygun.com üzerinden sağlanır. Apple'ın Uygulama için bakım veya destek yükümlülüğü yoktur.

6. Garanti ve sorumluluk

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde zımni garantiler hariç tutulur; Lisans Veren'in toplam sorumluluğu, varsa Uygulama için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Apple, garanti ihlali durumunda yalnızca satın alma bedelini iade eder ve başka yükümlülük taşımaz.

7. Üçüncü taraf lehtar

Apple ve iştirakleri bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır; kabul ettiğinde Apple bu sözleşmeyi sana karşı ileri sürme hakkına sahiptir.

8. Fesih

Sözleşme, şartlara uymadığın takdirde kendiliğinden sona erer; Uygulama'yı silmen gerekir.

9. Hukuk

Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is between YEYGUN CONSULTANT - FZCO (the "Licensor") and you (the "User") for the Kings Block application (the "App"). The App is licensed, not sold.

1. License

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, rent, lend, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, or use cheats, automation or tools that interfere with its servers.

3. In-app purchases

Virtual items (stars, hints, boosters, chapter unlocks, "Whole Kingdom") are provided under a limited license for use within the App; they have no monetary value and are not refundable except under Apple's refund policy.

4. Data

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. iCloud backup is subject to Apple's terms of service.

5. Maintenance and support

Support is provided by the Licensor at apps@yeygun.com. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

6. Warranty and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and the Licensor's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any. In case of a warranty failure Apple may refund the purchase price and has no other obligation.

7. Third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you upon your acceptance.

8. Termination

The agreement ends automatically if you fail to comply with its terms; you must then delete the App.

9. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
